    Dairy intolerance

I'm starting to read up on food additives and intolerances to get rid of them out of at least DD's diet to see if this helps with her behaviour.

I'm currently reading the fed up with food additives website and im curious on how to tell if she would have an intolerance to dairy. The check list on the site is as follows.

SIGNS OF PROBLEMS WITH DAIRY FOODS
    * pale face and/or dark circles under eyes - Big Yes!
    * a history of lactose intolerance as a baby - No
    * frequent ear infections as a baby or toddler, or grommets later on - No
    * crave dairy foods, unwilling to give them up - Yes
    * love dairy foods, would live on them if allowed - Yes
    * or the opposite - don't like milk - No

So half yes and half no. What do you think?

Thats a tough one, hard to know if she is allergic or not form that questionare. Is it worth getting her tested?

I have recently taken my daughter off all dairy and gluten for autism ( for info search gluten free caisen free diet or autism diet in google). We have been GFDF for a month now and it does seem to be taking an effect, she is a lot less anxious and seems to be a lot more alert and calm than she was previous to the diet).

    Good luck with it.
