Since about 7am this morning until now (9.55pm) ava - jayde hasn't had a heavy wet nappy Like this morning I changed her 2 times and it felt like it was a brand new nappy, and this arvy, little bit of wee but not like normal, then just before giving her a bottle a nappy, still feeling really light. she's had 5 bottles today, a bottle and a half of water but it has been REALLY REALLY hot! so im wondering could it just be her sweating it all out?
She could be sweating it all out - how is she otherwise? Happy enough? If she starts getting a bit drowsy and stuff - I'd take her to the doc just to make sure
yeah all good hey, been fairly normal hasn't really slept much today, had a 2 hour sleep this morning.. then a 40 minute one.. then went to bed at 6 woke up at 9.30 for a feed and this is all from 5am this morning... and no temp been crawling around etc
I reckons its the weather. they will keep alot more water in and do less wees and more drinking in the hotter weather. Well, DS did anyway.
If you are worried get her checked out.
If it's been really hot then try giving her more water. So long as she is still having wet nappies and is otherwise well, then don't worry that they aren't hugely wet. But if she starts to show signs of dehydration (which can happen easily in children) then take her to the Dr.

Don’t worry hun. If she is her normal self it is probably due to her sweating. See how she goes tomorrow if she appears to be in any pain get it checked out
