maybe some breast pads, phone card to use at the hospital, camera, a packet of lollies or something to snack on. hmmm, you really could pack a whole heap of stuff. wht you can do is make a list and leave a few 'unessentials' at home and then you can get your DH to bring them with him when he comes to visit if and when you need em. that way you wont be bringing everything and the 'kitchen sink' with ya. i know i had 3 bags last time, one for labour, one for me and one for bub and i really didnt use much of it at all.
Drop out one packet of pads, and half the clothes - you won't be there long enough to use them. If you want, pack that lot into a 2nd bag for D to bring in if you need it....
In my labour bag I had the Jurlique rosewater facial spray which was soooo refreshing, and our dominoes (I was induced and went in night before so had no idea what time frame we were working on), a solid green tea perfume which I put on my wrists after my shower and also refreshed me and gave me a boost when things were a bit slow and tiring, plus all those things you've got on your list. I also took some chopped fruit to snack on for both of us. Oh and socks for both hossie and labour.
Hospital bag I took way too much and in hindsight half of it DH could have brought up as I wanted / needed it. Make sure you have both comfy supportive undies and loose ones too - I had an emergency CS and on my first day I just wanted loose, low granny undies but by second day when I was up and about I wanted something with more support but that were high waisted. A cardie for your shoulders - hospital a/c is always soooo cold.
iv also got my bags packed....other things that i have included are:
a list of people that i want to notify as soon as i can
massage oil
hot water bottle
cd's for trying to relax me while im in the delivery suite
magazine & book incase i cant sleep
eye mask for if there are bright lights & im trying to sleep
