all my bubs hace done this arouns the 12week mark then 6 month mark.....i put it down to growth spurts.....it should only last about a week.

Do you feed him in bed so you can snooze while feeding? This is what I do.

Last night bub woke at 530am and i layed down and feed her she went back to sleep there.

Oh you poor thing, my ds did this for ages at this age. I put it down to growth spurts and the fact that they become so aware fo the world at this age, they can't concentrate on feeding during the day when so much is going on. I have a friend who fed her bub in a dark, quiet room just to get a proper feed into her.

I agree with sweet pea, co-sleeping is the way to go. Learn to feed lying down if you can't already (they have great instructions for that on the Australian Breastfeeding Association website) and pop bubs in bed with you. And nap during the day if you can (I know that's not always possible).

Eat well and drink lots of water- take care of yourself well. This too will pass.
