the jar says to have two tablets daily. the problem is i keep forgetting to take the second one at tea time! so do you think i can just take two at once in the morning? or do they have to be taken at seperate times of the day?

I drank RLT afrom 34 weeks with DS, 4 cups a day, and had some made up in a herbal with other herbs by my naturopath so havent taken the tablets.

I hope someone else on here can help you with the tablets specifically

I would interpret two tablets daily as as two tablets once a day. The bottle would usually refer to times per day if it required them to be taken seperately.

I used to only take them once a day but I think the bottle use to say something like 2 tablets 3 times a day. I only ever took two tablets but didn't bother about multiple times a day.
