    Where do I start?

For the first time in a long time (since I was a student) I am going to have to organise some stuff with Centrelink and I'm not really sure where to start...

A quick little background; my DH has two sons and we have a little one of our own on the way. Up until now we have had both my DSS's about 33% of the time, therefore haven't been illegible for anything from Centrelink. Within the next 60 days one of the DSS's is coming to live with us full time so I need to start looking at what we need to organise through Centrelink. I think I need for us to apply for the Family Tax Benefit Part A & B, but have no idea if I need to be doing anything else? If anyone has any ideas I would love to hear from you.

Also, how do I even go about organising stuff like this? Do I just rock up at a centrelink office and stand in a line until I can talk to someone, or should I be ringing and booking in an appointment to see someone?

Hopefully it's all nice and easy and I'm just feeling overwhelmed for no reason

EDIT: Oh, and is there anything I need to do in regards to our little one that's on the way?

Just ring on Monday - early as you can it opens 8am. They will start your claim over the phone, you will need to provide id and stuff to the office, bank acct details etc. They will give you a list of things you need during the call.
