Could my 20 month old son be getting his 2 year teeth already. He got his first set of teeth at 5 months old and from that day they didn't stop coming through

Hope someone can help me?

I can't see why not, he sounds like he gets his teeth early, so 20 months for his 2yo molars sounds like it is about right

My DD got her bottom set of 2 year old molars at 18 months and is now 2 yrs and 1 month and we haven't seen a sign of her top ones yet. Even though they are called 2 yr old molars they can come anytime.

I know it is hard sticking your fingers in their mouth (Gaby won't let me go near hers) so good luck!!!!

my nephew started getting choppers @ 4 months and he cut 4 at once! he is now 15 months and has 14 teeth and 2 molars on the way, looks hillarious so little with almost a full mouth of teeth!
