I was wanting to make a yummy spinach, pumpkin and feta tart for valentine's tomorrow but relised today once i got home from grocery shopping that i can have the feta but can i have it if it is cooked??
The Listeria bacteria is actually very vulnerable to heat, it does off really quickly after 70 degrees. So you can have ham, salami, whatever you wish - as long as you nuke it to piping hot right before you eat it. I have toasted sandwiches but I heat the meat up first and then still put it in the toaster.
