Had my 12 week scan - Can anyone guess the gender?

I had my NT scan today and all was well

. We asked the sonographer if he could tell if it was a boy or a girl, but he said he wasn't allowed to say. I swear one of the photos looks like three lines between the legs, but I'm not sure if it's too early to tell at this stage. DH thought it was boy bits, but I said it looks more like three lines, but DH could be right too! The sonographer hinted (we think) when DH said it looked like a boy by saying "If it were a boy there would be something out between the legs." We couldn't see anything dangling, but again it's probably too early to tell anyway.

I've got a couple of u/s pics in case anyone can have a look and see what they think. Unfortunately the pics aren't of the best quality because we only got an x-ray type film with pictures on it, no paper pics. We couldn't scan them on our scanner (DH will try his work scanner on Monday), so DH took photos of them and I've cropped them.

The first pic which shows between the legs is HERE. I can see why DH thought it looked like a boy, but I think it looks more like three lines (it's much clearer on the actual film).

The next pic is a side profile pic, but I don't think you can see the "nub" very clearly because the sonographer marked a line across bub to measure him/her and the cross seems to get in the way of where I think the nub is? Anyway, the pic is HERE.

So if there are any experts out there, I'd love to hear what you think!

Ohhhh so cute cant wait till my scan!! IMO its a girl....but still hard to tell. Have you got any u/s pics of the boys at 12 weeks similar that you could compare with Trish??

)!! I wouldn't trust a toilet shot, but it does look pink....

DAMN IT!! Anyone else got a pic of a boy at 12 weeks in between the legs on here?? I didn't get one of Rhys till the 20 week scan so I can't help you!! Oh pink would be nice for you but a mini football team would be too!! Lol....

I was looking at a website last night that said for a girl look for a 'humburger' shape and for a boy its obvious little penis

But this bub is side on

Thought I'd put another photo out there, it's really fuzzy, but DH reckons this looks like boys bits, which they kind of do, but seem set too far back? It's a between the legs shot HERE.

Well, I don't like bum shots this early because it is quite easy to get the angle off and the pic may give the impression of one gender or the other... but if I were to judge from your 1st bum shot it looks more girlie than boy...

I compared your scan with L's and it looks to me like you have a girl on board. Keeping my fingers crossed for you. I'll see if I can send it to you to compare.
