Looking at hiring one this time and wondered if you could still get them at council?

How much are they?
Can you get the new funky ones or the old looking ones?
How early do you have to ring up?

Have you tried the Red Cross? They rent them out in Perth for about $50 for 3 months for memory. A good friend works at the Red Cross and got one for our mutual friends. They have the Safe and Sound Unity Travel System (grey base with bright blue rim around the capsule insert, white inside).
