I heard this term somewhere on BB before in relation to pregnancy and couldn't find any info on it when I did a search. Can someone please tell me what it is or point me in the right direction?
Nothing to be overly concerned about. Just try to watch how you use yuour abdominal muscles as they are seperating down the middle now and you dont want to damage them. It happened to me quite a few times in the 3rd trimester and all good there, although I still need to get rid of the flab covering the muscles!!
Yep I have this too. Its caused by your abs seperating, so try not to get up from lying down in a forward motion - roll over on to your side and get up that way if you can. Also crunches, bracing etc arent fantastic.
