Hi Everyone,
My name is Claudia and i was wondering if i could get some advice please.
I have a 2 year old son and i'm also Pregnant with my 2nd baby, I was wanting to buy the Mountian buggy urban double pram, not sure if i want the elite one or not just yet.
With my son i had the bugaboo which i loved but my problem is it doesnt have a toddlers seat and there is no way my son will stand on the skateboard, we tried to get him stand on one yesterday but wouldnt have a bar of it..
So i'm thinking of getting the moutain buggy now, what are your thoughts or advice on these prams, i was also wanting to know if the bugaboo bassinet will fit onto the mountian buggy frame (which i have a feeling it wont)
Any advice would be great.
Thanks so much.
I dont have a mountain buggy, but I am pretty sure they dont have a toddler seat either (I could be wrong) just the skate board. I was deciding between the MB and the Maclaren, and ended up going with the Maclaren as it has a seat attachment.
My friend has a MB and loves it, and I havent used my new pram yet, so I cant say how it is..
Hi Girls,
Thanks so much for the welcome and your replies. I think the best thing is for me to go shopping and spend a good few hours looking at double prams. I'm also going to the PG, baby & Children expo so hopefully they will a few there for me to look at.
Control Freak: Good Luck with your PG and the birth of your baby boy. I find out next week at my 19 week scan if i'll be having another boy or a little girl this time.. Can't wait to find out.
jng1977: I have been told that Maclaren's are good, my sister in law has one and she is happy with it, but i dont think her one came with a toddler seat. They have so many different one's out there its so confusing, i thought this time round being my second it would be easier but it's a whole new ball game trying to find a pram for two.
Thanks Girls.
Claudia.

Yes i have seen the Phil & Teds range, my hubby doesnt really like the idea that one child is under the other and he's afriad the bottom childs hands may get caught in the tyres, he prefers we get a side by side pram instead. Makes it a little harder cause there isnt a huge range. Will be going to the the baby expo hopefully next week, and i have my fingers crossed they have a few there for me to see.
Thanks for your help.
We've bought the Baby Jogger City Elite and the toddler seat goes on the front. They are pricey but fabulous prams (well, from what I've read and seen!).
