The 365 Photo Challenge #4

I played tourist today, we took the girls to the park in the next town across and i got THESE of the war memorial there.
Gorgeous statues, it didn't feel right just picking one so i did a collage.

I'm looking forward to playing tourist -good idea Sopdet :)

I was simply too tired tonight to start fiddling around with the camera, So I just uploaded my other favourite photo from the Mardi Gras. It's a bit risqué! Can't link coz I'm on my phone, lying in bed about to enter the land of nod, but I'm sure you can spot it if you are interested!

I'm off to the Tan for picnic lunch tomorrow if it doesn't rain (ok today since it is after midnight and damn I should go to bed), so will be wandering around that part of the city and might walk back over the bridge and have a bit of a wander around Fed Square etc. So there will be pictures, decision as to which picture will be made when I get home.

Ummmm rain gods, no rain for tomorrow please, it is an important picnic!

I have been very busy lately. Sorry I haven't commented on anyones photos or uploaded any. I will try and get back into the swing of things tomorrow hopefully.

I'm now a day ahead of myself since they wouldn't let me upload two pics for today, so one of them is for tomorrow.

Off to play tourist again tomorrow (sun please come out, I want cuddles!)

I really wanted to do the "tourist in my own town" thingo this week but it's been a bit of an up and down week. I might try and at least get one photo that fits in this theme/idea during next week.

I'm not sure that I really managed the tourist in my town challenge - I took pics of the opera house, harbour bridge etc, but on those days I always had another better photo that i wanted to use! I did upload one picture of centrepoint at night, but really it was a bit of a last ditch attempt of a photo for the day and probably my worst photo of the week!

How is everyone going? I get the feeling that it's quietened down a bit on the 365 site, are you all feeling it too?

I've been making myself take a photo every day, I can't wait until I'm back at work and I will be in the CBD every day and probably walking/jogging home frequently. Didn't have my phone on me as I was watching the sun come up on Sunday morning over the Yarra - was exercising, the sight was gorgeous, but don't know how well the photo would have turned out if I had my phone there as by that point I was shaking and sweat was running into my eyes.

Yea it's def quietened down on the 365. I've been keeping up, just uploading backlog from when we didn't have Internet.

Still here as well, have been keeping up with my project but have forgotten to post in here for a good week - sorry gals, have been a bit of a lurker!!

I forgot to play tourist :doh: Had an awesome idea too!! Will still use it for another day - I still have 195 days to go - although I am only 13 days off half way!! Wow!!
