Don't stress hun i didn't do much today either, i did manage some cleaning before 10am and mowed the lawns this arvo though.
So HERE is what i got, just another mummy moment pic.. nothing special about the photography aspect of it.
I'm playing catch up again this weekend. I'm being a bit lazy tonight so I dunno if I'll get any uploaded or not. :ninja:
You're all doing such amazing photos. Such talent!
Sorry I haven't commented on photos. Will try do it tomorrow. Busy busy.
my pic today - managed to take one earlier today thank goodness.
ZF - loved the one for your brother
Today's effort - back to shooting the kids again (not literally). I wonder if I can take a year's worth of photos, taken entirely within our house and garden? I look at some people's shots, taken in the most wonderful locations, and I never leave my house. It's nigh on impossible to get outside to shoot properly with the kids though - I can't fulfil my role as responsible adult when I have my photographer brain on. Euan once fell down a flight of stairs (that was baby-gated, we still don't know how he got up them) because I was taking photos at a party (DP thought I was watching him and went to get a drink, I was off in photo la-la land). I miss doing landscape and location shots, I'm almost looking forward to when they start school, I might get more opportunity then. But it's nice to find ways to be creative using what comes to hand.
ive been taking them, but havent uploaded as im kind of on borrowed net, got a message saying such'n'such left, and well, it should have died friday morning!
so ive been to scared to upload or look at pics since!! as soon as it dies, im getting df to buy more (he has already proven he cant last as long as me without it:rofl:) then ill do a mass-catch-up!
love the one for your brother ZF, i think thats the last one i looked at.
hehehe Suse, that made me giggle!
Will post properly during the week, but in the meantime here is yesterdays and todays - I LOVE how todays turned out :)
x
I really wanted to go out and get some scenery shots today but sort of got side tracked with going for some treatments at the spa - would have loved to have taken a pic of the mud they encased me in but I'd left my phone in my hotel room. I want to get some scenery shots but really hard when driving on highways sometimes to just pull over to take a pic (especially when you're running late for a wedding - just as well the bride was late is all I can say!). Going to make the effort to go out and get some shots before going out for valentine's night (which for me I've been told is starting mid-afternoon).
Oh Sopdet, what a shame you didn't get any mud shots! I have a black & white shot on my loungeroom wall of a closeup of my breasts encased in mud, it has this wonderful organic and sculptural quality to it. Many years ago I was given some Dead Sea mud and had given myself an all-over body mask. My housemate took some incredible shots.
Sorry ladies, haven't been on much lately. Just mainly browsing and posting short ones. My pics recently have just been with my iPhone as that's always near me and small enough to carry :) Captured a praying mantis (I think that's what they're called!) today with my proper camera. He's creepy but cool :)
Loving everyones pics, seriously ladies everyone is so talented, you all have a keen eye :)
MN - DD1 climbed her tallboy, only thing is she figured out how to open the drawers and use it like a ladder (Eeeek)

My little man was crook earlier :( I ended up catching a few handfuls of lovely spew but he is sleeping peacefully now bless him, I took a pic of his slumber :)
I'm going to get DH to help me make a box so that I can take some box shot pics of DS - it will probably take me a few weeks to get organised but I cant wait - will OBVIOUSLY show you the outcome (unless they are completely crap, then forget I even HAD this idea LOL). To get an idea of what I mean - check out these pics
