Anyone entering the Canon Photo 5 competition this year?

I got my box of objects today...now just to think of some ideas....

I entered last year and never got my box

I wondered if it was because I said I had a Nikon camera!

I haven't got my box yet either... I am already trying to think of things to photograph tho. I hope they don't discriminate Sam... I'm still working with my Sony!! LOL

As far as I know you can enter with any type of camera and this year they have two categories - one for amateurs and one for the pro's.

I asked Andrew as he is on a photography forum and heaps of ppl he knows that are in the Canon 5 comp have other cameras

I have NFI what I am going to do with the objects, I am stumped and I really want to win!!! 5D MarkII

I have joined the Canon Photo5 group on Flickr and there are some amazing photos already taken so I am a little dismayed

Just look at lots of pics and shoot lots of pics and something will come to you. I have one that I am pretty happy with (ribbon) and another that I am not so happy with (umbrella).
