    opinions please!

Ok so DH and i DO NOT know the gender of our baby. We still don't ave first names picked out - if its a boy its middle name withh be Michael ?(dh family tradition first son takes dads name as middle name), if its a girl i want it to have Kathryn (after my mummy) as a middle name.

I love feminine names for girls and lately i cant help thinking about a name i decided i was maddly in love with - Esmae-Edith and i am undecided if i would have Kathryn in there or not (Edith tho is mum and my dads mum's middle name's).

SO my Question is HONESTLY what do you think? PLEASE be brutal if you need to be!!

(ps i also can't decide for a boy my top 3 are - Leon, Toby, Jarrod)

i think Esmae Kathryn sounds nice...but we got a puppy about 9 months ago and called her esmae and everyone asked if it was because of twilight? which i hadnt even seen at that stage i named her that because of esmae watson off country practice.
I love old names and i think Esmae is a lovely name.
OH and i like toby for a boy.
if only choosing my own babies names was that easy lol

i really like the sound of Esmae Kathryn, has a nice ring to it. not sure about Edith though.
Out of your boys names i like Leon the best.
I am having name troubles myself, so i hope you have better luck deciding than me

I like Esmae Kathryn for a girl.
I like Jared for a boy. Different spelling I know but it was near the top of my list.

I haven't seen Twilight either. I reckon by the time your bub is old enough to watch it, it'll be way outdated so I wouldn't count it out just because of that. Harry Potter hasn't stopped the "Harry's" IYKWIM.

Why not " Esmae Edith Kathryn "

My own DD has two middle names

... just remember if you go with Kathryn as the ** 2nd middle name ** it won't show in her initials when paperwork or mail comes it will come as E.E.Surname !!

I love your choice of names
