Caitlin? :shakehead:
Really? That's just a painful lifetime of explaining for that child!
Poor child! Why would you use Roman numerals in a name?
Woah. That's bad. Just... Wow.
far out!!! do you know the people that used it like that?
I have one, I'm marrying a couple and their daughters name is K L I (the spaces are to stop it being googlable ;) ) put all 3 letters together.
So give it your best shot...
Oh no... Kelly? Kay-el-eye? Kay-el-ee?
Kayleigh...
Lets hope when she is older she changes it to a correct spelling.
And another my friend told me about when she was teaching.
Mahcial
marshall??
Man K L I bad!
Marshall, spelt Mahcial because he was special (hence the cial ending)
oh dear.
And that spelling makes the boy sound special for other reasons, I'm sure not the special reasons his parents used to inspire that spelling. I really feel for some of these kids, it's really not fair on them at all
Mum says there was a lady in the hospital when she had me who had children named Pear and Apple, with the surname Tree. A teacher I know taught a family of kids named 1, 2, 3 up to 8. And, I heard about a friend of a friend named Cara, with the surname V an D oore. Everyone called her 'carra'. And my best friend's mum turned down a marriage proposal from her boyfriend Mr Banks, because her name was Robyn. ;)
ROFL! a dash is not part of the alphabet, it is not a letter :wall:
And it's not even 'dash', it's 'hyphen'! :P
I just saw a pic where someone named their twins Summer and Autumn. Nice names on their own but a little mean putting them together!
But I personally know people with a kid called Chaos. I just wonder, as he grows up, what if he has a really important job? Would people take him seriously?
