I actually love different spellings - to an extent, some of these are just strange and I feel bad for the children when they are older, I thought my own name Kar rine (space so not googled is bad) was hard to explain.
using - and expecting it to be pronounced surely wouldn't be able to be registered?

When in hospital when i had dd 2.5weeks ago, the couple sharing the room had named their baby boy Cage
-
Got a good one
M A I C C Y N E
It's a boy name
Much more commonly spelt Mason.
-
Wow, that's one interesting spelling, Little Chicken! Reminds me of a phonics game I used to play with my students where I'd break words into their sounds and then replace each sound with a different letter combination and the students had to figure out the spelling word! Eg f r o g would become ph rr o gg :)

A little girl was named Bel'Air just last week. WHY?!
-
My friend had a child in her kinder called
La-la
How would you pronounce that one?
-
As in singing, or Layla?!
Bel'Air just makes me want to sing The Fresh Prince theme song ;)

Sorry but isn't anyone going to comment on the baby called cage? Cage? As in baby cage? So wrong.
-
If only cage was the worst name I have seen.
Try Bee-Jay, Cee-Jae, and Junior.

A friend on my FB posted a recent find the other day.... Maiccyne.

La dash la. You say the dash :/

Two come to mind for me.
Wraith ... born around the time as the first Lord of the Rings movie, so I always have this evil, ghoulish image rise up when I think of that name. At least it could have been spelled differently!
But the classic (for me) is Maffew. A take on Matthew. A close girlfriend taught him.
Makes me want to bang my head against a brick wall. So I can cope with Cage by comparrison.

a little boy my sister taught had an Australian Dad and a Thai Mum so they named him AussieThai :o
-
Maffew? Really? That's just setting him up to be thick right from the word go :/

I met a clients daughter named Mouse.
