Help us find a boys name... PLEASE!

OK, so it's early days, but it might just take us 32 weeks to agree on a boy's name. If it's another girl, we'll be fine but there just seem to be NO boys names we both like.

We want to avoid anything common or traditional, but OK with 'old' names that haven't been used too much. I'd love something that is plant, gemstone or nature based but can't think of much. DH refuses to consider anything that he thinks of as a surname such as Mitchell.

I like (but so far DH hates)...
    Jasper
    Asher
    Griffin
    Jarrah
    Gem

Do these names (or our vague guidelines) inspire any ideas? Pleeeeease give it a shot. Or if this baby's a boy he's going to be called Ghengis - coz at least that one makes us laugh!

I heard of a little boy named Elwood yesterday. Definitely has a nature feel to it.
We know a little boy named Wolf....just to continue with the animal names previously mentioned.

We are calling our little boy Wyatt. I love it because it is uncommon and an old fashioned name.

I wasthinking of some of the male nature names and a lot have been generally daggy-fied in history. What an injustice!

    Glen
    Elmer
    Basil
Lee... Ooo but then this inspired meto search names meaning "meadow" on thinkbabynames and there are some great names...

    Bosley
    Baxley
    Barclay
    Gordon
    Ingo

There are heaps more good ones if you do the search!
