What are your thoughts on Mat.ilda?

As the title suggests - what do you think? I don't know anyone with this name - can you imagine an adult with it?

DD is Ame.lia. I know there's a potential for a Millie/Tillie thing to go on, but so far no one has used Milly for DD. Do you think the names go well together?

My friend has named her daughter M atilda and she is a "Mattie". I think those two names sound very pretty together

I know a few with that name. I love it! I wanted it but a good friend recently named their daughter with this name (we had never discussed names) and my DH vetoed it anyway. I do love it though!

I like it. I only know one little girl with that name. She's absolutely gorgeous and gets Tilly. It was planned that way - so basically her name is Tilly but they put the long version on her birth certificate in case she wants to use it when she's older. Another possible nn is Mattie. I think it goes well with your DD's name.
