    Names assistance

Hoping for some suggestions/comments on my baby names. I am not really sure...not even 8 weeks pregnant and already it is doing my head in! LOL

So obviously we dont know if it is a girl or boy yet so I need comments on both.

    Girl

Everyone will probably think I am a little out there with the middle name I have chosen but I really like it so I guess that is all that matters, so I guess I need assistance on which sounds the best with it as the middle name is exactly what I want. And a little background on the name - I am obsessed with stars so wanted to have that in the name, so the name means beautiful star!

    Ruby Astra-bella
    Sienna Astra-bella
    Chanelle Astra-bella
    Jayla Astra-bella
    Jasmine Asta-bella
    Amelia Astra-bella
    Zara Astra-bella

    Boys

I am struggling with boys names...I want something a bit unusual. What I have so far is

    Ryder Pheonix
    Cruz Ryder
    Riley Connor
    Harper Asher
    Hunter Cruz

    What are your thoughts???

If you like stars that much, how about something like Aster for a first name? That's a name (I think Greek) that means star.

I'm not much help with name choosing, I find it hard to pick. I really like Amelia though.

I love your whole list! My faves are

    Ryder Pheonix Jaram
    Riley Connor Jaram
    Jasmine Asta-bella Jaram
    Sienna Astra-bella Jaram
    Chanelle Astra-bella Jaram

And by the way you have the coolest last name ever

The name is a compromise for a middle name - DP likes it but only as a middle name! Aster is something I hadn't thought of though

Waiting - glad to hear you like my names! Why do you like the name, isnt mine, its DP!

I like Ruby Astra-bella... yes it is a bit out there not that that's a bad thing.. but I think the simpler the first name, the better.

Boys... I hate to say it but I have heard of a few Phoenix's and Riley's (my SIL is expecting a Phoenix ) - so although I like them both, I would be going for Harper Asher (or Asher as a first name, i like that)

Just my 2 cents good luck!

I quite like Astra-Bella for a first name! Yes, it's a bit out there but very pretty too. Why don't you google Astra (or Star) and see how it looks and is pronounced in other languages.

I like Hunter for a boy

They're all nice names. I think Jasmine rolls nicely with the middle name, but Jasmine Jaram is a little tongue twisting. Love Ruby.
For the boys i think Hunter and Asher are great without being too common.
Friend of mine called her girl Twyla from the french Etoile meaning star. Maybe that inspires something?

I think all the girls names sound good but my fav is Chanelle (but I'm a little bias on that one hehe)

Hunter Cruz is definately my favourite of your boys names.

    GL deciding!

I like Hunter and Asher for a boys name but can't decide on a girl. I agree that the first name should probably be a little bit simplier with your middle name. I like her middle name. Nothing wrong with being a little bit out there.

Our of your girls names my favorites are:
    Ruby Astra-bella
    Amelia Astra-bella
    Zara Astra-bella

Two of my favorite boys names are Harper and Asher and I have also always loved Pheonix so any of those combos.

    Harper Asher
    Asher Pheonix
    Pheonix Harper

Good Luck we are also debating baby names at the moment.

I have a friend whose little girl is Nevada Astra. I think it's so pretty.
I wouldn't hyphenate, though, just go with Astrabella. I love Zara Astrabella, it just sounds so groovy.

I wouldn't use Harper as a boys name, I think it's too girly. As a Spanish speaker, I don't cope well with Cruz for a boy either (but that's my own mental barrier I need to leap over. I'm nearly there.)
Phoenix traditionally spelled with o first, something to consider.
Ryder is great, Hunter is great, I hope you find this helpful!
