Rather than me getting upset with him saying no to names I loved, I had him come up with a list as well. Then we compared lists to create a shortlist and we each weighted the remaining names.
That's what I tried to do with DH. He never got past A. Luckily DD's name was on my list anyway and it does really suit her.
