    Howdy everyone,

Thank you so much for your comments so far I really appreciate all of them and I love it when people are just so honest even if their opinions differ to mine - I don't offend easily like that ...... unless of course its my mother

Berry - Thats the tricky thing all the not so common names are increasingly becoming popular and I love names that are a bit more "interesting" as my MIL would put it.

rayray - Savannah Rose is pretty

S4U - funny you mentioned that I actually said to DH that Shae could be the middle name if we found a first name we both agreed on which would keep him happy.

Janine - thats what DH said as well

Marydean - I love names with meaning as well. Niki was given a doubly strong name to help her fight (Nikita - Unconquerable) (Louise - Famous Warrior) which is why I struggle with some of DH choices BUT in saying that too Savannah means treeless plain Shae means Fairy Palace.

MR, TK, Nai - No definitely not set on an S name and I was worried about the SS too I read every single name in the baby name book Jennifer loaned me but only Sienna and Savannah really jumped out .... mind you, I bet given more time I will see something thats so left field and so far removed from what I have here.

Feeb, Ammaki, BJ - thanks heaps for your responses

Teags - hmmm Xavianna is pretty and right up my ally for the types of names I like. I will mention this one to DH and see what he thinks.

I know nobody will like this one and if you had have seen my DH face when I mentioned it to him you would have laughed, but when I was just starting out in the competition world of Ballroom Dancing there was the most amazing international dancer called Vibeke Toft OMG she was incredible. Ever since I have had this infatuation with the name Vibeke (pronounced Vee bek ah) it has a lovely meaning "little woman" and is of German origin just like our surname. BUT because its sooo unusual DH hates it

Last night I pushed DH and asked hi to come up with more names but none seem to feel right. These are all names on his list from last time, Madeline, Chloe, Chelsea.

Gee this baby naming stuff sure is hard, I know we have time but boy is it tough

Thanks again so much please any more comments or suggestions will be welcomed.

For some reason Sophira comes to mind!

I picked Savannah - lovely name! I actually dont think the others go with your surname anyway
If you use Savannah I think it needs a one syllable middle name like Joy or Lea

I adore Sophira (not to mention its the dragons name in Eragon) but again DH doesn't like it and I agree completely about the middle name funnily Lea was one I had thought of but haven't mentioned.
