Okay we have a shortlist

I sat DH down the other night, gave him a whole bunch of names and made him write yes or no besides them. So here's our shortlist what are your opinions on them.

Isabelle Grace
Indie Grace
Piper Jayde
Summer Jayde
Madisyn Grace

Isabelle is DH's favourite, I quite like it too but I think it's just a little too popular right now. We have a Riley currently and there are soo many other Riley's around. I don't want her name to be like that too.

My favourite is Piper Jayde, DH said he liked it but now isn't that fussed so I'm probably leaning more to Indie Grace which DH also likes. WDYT

I think I like Piper Jayde of the two you're leaning towards.
I'm not too sure about Indie as a complete name, nickname yes but full name - not so sure. But I'm a secondary teacher and I'm not keen on attempting weird spellings and pronunciations - I like being able to pronounce (&spell) names reasonably quickly.

I also like the Summer Jayde option you've got - slightly different but not too out-there IYKWIM.

ETA I really like the Isabelle one though haven't seen a lot of them in my teaching career

Piper Jayde definitely - or Piper Grace if I can suggest? Piper is feminine and unusual, and a little funky in a good way. Good luck.

Same. Indigo Grace sounds lovely. Or you could try Indiana Grace.

If you think Isabelle is too popular, what about Isabeau or Isadora?

For me, Piper is too popular. I also prefer normal spelling of names, so Jade instead of Jayde, Madison instead of Madisyn
