Bahahahahaha - James is one of the names on our complete ban-list, though not due to "questionable" previous owners - more that there is a massive over-supply in DH's family due to his father (James) giving it as a middle name to almost every one of his sons and the one who didn't get it for a middle name got it as a first one!
