    Thoughts on...

Ok ladies, your thoughts on the following when put with the other kids names

    Quinn (5th child)
    Ronan
    Rhys
Merric (or with a K, looking at a welsh site & it says there is no K in the welsh language.)
    Seith (7th in the family)
    Scott
    Logan
    Brian
    Dylan

I kinda like the sound of all of them (I hate brain though but DH likes it), but can't settle on any of them...

Not sure on Middle name yet. BUT I just googled "son of Simon" & Judas comes up, we aren't religious BUT I think Simon might like it as a middle name LOL & I could live with that.

I like Logan and Seith the best....is it meant to be Seth or Seith?

On Judas though, i know you're not religious, but he got kind of a bad rap in the bible, did a pretty bad thing ......just so you know what people might associate with the name....? sorry, don't want to turn you off.

Jayvan, that's kind of nice too. Or what about Jahvis??

    yeah funny MD lol

ahh Judas is out anyway, he don't like it

Quinn (5th child) - Like this Also another possible one for DH, but its too popular for me.
Ronan - Makes me think of Stargate Atlantis, the guy with dread locks - he was a pretty cool character. DH is fixated on this one.
Rhys - Makes me think of the kid from malcolm in the middle
Merric (or with a K, looking at a welsh site & it says there is no K in the welsh language.) - I LOVE this!!DH doesn't like it
Seith (7th in the family) - Not so keen, don't know why.DH isn't so keen either
Scott - A lovely, underused name DH doesn't like it
Logan - Makes me think of X-men and Wolverine LOL DH is exactly the same which is why he can't warm to it.
Brian - I think this is one of those names that suits someone as an adult more than a kid iykwim I don't like the name at all, He always brings it up & I always say no, its the name of my neighbours son whenI was a kid & he was creepy & sleezy & his dad molested my sister
Dylan - For some reason (no offence to anyone) this makes me think of kids with a rats tail in their hair. Perhaps it's an association from my childhood... Bahahahaha so true, its not a name i am keen on either

Gah! I think not using this name for that reason is just as valid than not using a name because it is the name of a friend's angel baby. Continuing to push this name I think is insensitive. How would your sister feel about having a nephew with a name associated with her molester? He needs to stop being selfish on that one!

Have you thought about Euan/Ewan? Although I'm biased to that name, it's what I called my DS.

I know! I always see you sig and think "another jayvin"! Even though the spelling is different! My sister n her xh couldn't decide on a name so they used Jay from my sisters name (Jannah but she used Jay on things) and half from Vinay, her XH name! Lol they came up with Jayvin.
    I love it!
