keep in mind that you need to register your baby for baby bonus purposes - so if you think you like a name but aren't SURE, register (it sounds like you and your DH need that help at the moment) - and apply to change it later if something else comes to you.

as lulu said, you still have ages, and sometimes, when a baby arrives, a name just fits them immediately. get some names together that you like, and see what happens when he arrives

My friend's son turned 2 in June and she only just found the paperwork to register his birth (and therefore name) a few weeks ago and sent it in Oops! But FWIW she wasn't penalised in any way.

Don't worry too much mate - I'm sure you will find a name in time.

Believe me, I'm a LOT closer to having my baby than you are and I still haven't found a name yet

So if anyone should be tearing their hair out - it should be me!! LOL

Chill - it'll come to you in time.

^ You know how you can tick the box on the Centrelink papers that says you've mailed the paperwork off but it probably hasn't been received yet?? I think she did that when he was born and then the birth registration papers got shuffled amongst other stuff and forgotten about until she stumbled on it a little while ago. Hehehe, she was freaking out thinking she was going to go to jail or something but when she rang BDM they said 'No, just send it in now and we'll work it out'
