    Opinions on names

DH and I have chosen names for our baby, which is due in about 3 months, and I'd like to get some opinions.

    T a h l i a - A n n a
    M a x - W i l l i a m

Sorry, the hyphens aren't meant to be there, but I needed something to separate the names as I've spaced them out so they can't be searched. The middle names are for my grandmother (who passed away a couple of months ago while I was pregnant) and DH's grandfather, who was also sick at the time but has since recovered. I'm not quite sure how the middle names work with the first names we have chosen though.

I am a regular forum user, but posting under another name as I don't want anyone who knows me to find this. That's also the reason for the spaced out names, sorry.

They are both lovely names and flow nicely!!

Good luck with staying annoynomous so no one can search out your names!!!

Thanks for the replies ladies. I was just a bit worried about the girl's first name ending and second name starting with an 'a'.

Also, the boy's name, with a 'well' on the end of it, is a well known company that makes kitchen stuff. So, although I usually prefer longer names that can be shortened, in this case it isn't an option! I didn't even realise until DH pointed it out.

I'm glad none of you have picked up on either of these issues though, it makes me feel better about our choices!

I might have suggested T...-A n n rather than with the a on the end to avoid to ..a ..a names, but they do sound nice together and (aside from me) who uses the child's full name in normal conversation?

The boy's name, you could put ...a m i l l i o n on the end if you wanted or you could call him m a x w i l l and therefore use both names: I think that would sound cute but then I am a nutter.

They both sound so beautiful, hope they stay a surprise!
