I waited, only because I wanted to try them out with bub to see what I liked. That was a little tricky if bub wasn't in the mood when trying on, so I actually bought a real cheapy ring sling, tried it for a week or so and then went and bought a really nice one once I knew I liked it itms

Once I bought my close carrier though there was no turning back for me!
