    Smile Kozy or Ergo?

I currently have a sleepy wrap but DS will soon be too big and wriggly for it so am tossing up between the ergo and kozy. Has anybody used both? Which did you prefer? DH is 6'6 and i'm 5'3 so am leaning towards the kozy so we don't have to keep adjusting the straps (and the designs are pretty!) but people always rave about the ergo so am very confused about which one to get. Any tips would be greatly appreciated

You will need to adjust the Ergo straps to get it on and off properly I find, they aren't hard to do or anything - just like backpack straps...But sometimes bubs will need to be tighter, sometimes they want to move more, etc, so they are never set the same I find.

I've never used a Kozy though, they look relly cool, the mei tai carriers are fabulous and comfy to use.
You will probably need to get a design though that DH is happy to wear. That is one of the reasons we have an ergo, because DH is happy to be seen in public in it cos it doesn't have flowers and "crap" on it lol

You could always just get one of each ;0

i havent used an ergo but i love my kozy and so does ds2. the only thing i dind is the straps are o long (which is good as we are both over 6ft) that the tend to fall on the ground while im getting it on which is not always the best esp. when u are out and about.
But to use it is wonderful.

They are two differnt types of carriers. I have a ergo and also a mai tai carry not the kozy a himmel and a baby hawk.

I use them at differnt times for different reasons. Ergo when it is raining etc so don't drop straps on the ground, and also is dh is going to carry her more often than me that day (he perfers clips than tying) I use the himmel the most for extended carriering as i find it the most comfortable.

If you can I would see if there is anywhere that you can try them on and your husband and see which one you prefer, or get both lol.

haha my DH said exactly that when he saw me looking at the Kozy website, then I explained to him they are reversable with a solid colour on the other side.
Thanks everyone for your feedback, I think i'm sold (and have convinced DH) on the Kozy, I like how they are less structured and just seem more "me". And the dollar is so good at the moment it's a great excuse to buy one!!
