HAB Help- baby always slips down?

So is it just because im not doing it up tight enough to begin with?
I feel like i am doing it as tight as i can before putting Tyron in it. I get him in, nice and snug and high up, then i start walking and he gradually drops down.

i just tried to go for a short walk, pushing my older son in his trike and wearing Tyron. only 100m along he starts slipping and to my many stops he ended up with his head down below my breasts.

and correct me if i am wrong but i cannot adjust the tightness of it when baby is already in the HAB can i?

its frustrating me i wanna wear him and both of us be comfy!

Definitely try to have it tighter. You need to have it a lot tighter than you might initially think. Make sure especially that the pocket bit is quite snug when you first put it on otherwise if that is loose the extra fabric will work it's way around after a while and bub will slip down. When the HAB is new or you've just washed it, bub slips down easier but it gets better after a couple of wears.

Nic - when you put it on make sure the crossovers on the chest are pulled tight and the V is quite high on your chest. Tyron's head should be nestled under your chin (but you should still be able to put your chin to your chest). If the V is too wide / low he will slip lower. HTH
