Tell me your favourite carrier for back carry

I've been using a hug-a-bub with DS since birth but now that he is getting bigger and not sleeping all the time in the sling he is getting a bit awkward to carry on my front. So I would love some recommendations from you lovely ladies on would you find the most comfortable.
    Thanks

Ergo ergo ergo! Two thumbs up. The hug-a-bub graduating to ergo combo is always my recommendation. There are some clips on YouTube if you need convincing.

I have had 5 carriers and can only recommend 1 - Kathmandu carrier - they come on sale every now and then for around $150-$170. Its designed for hiking so providing its fitted correctly to your body I barely notice DD. Its secure, strong DD loves it (the only one she has liked) and it has a pocket so you can carry extra stuff like nappies etc.

    Love it!!

Thanks ladies, will definitely be checking them both out. I've seen the ergo a lot around the net but just don't know anyone with personal experience so thank you for confirming their greatness!

Babyhawk O-snap! it's longer than an ergo body (my kids are really long so that matters to me).

The babyhawk oh snap is for babies 6 months and up.

I would probably use a wrap for back carry with a bub as young as yours, back carry in a SSC is better after 6 months IMO.

Having said that - I loved my Beco Butterfly II for back carry when I had it because it was easy to switch from front to back carry.

I have a beetlebum half buckle and a beetlebum full buckle for my carrying now - although DD3 is only 12 weeks old so I still carry her on the front.

I can comfortably carry the other kids (4.5 years, nearly 3 and 18 months) on my back in the beetlebum.

Hmm he's probably gonna be 6 months by the time I search through them all and decide! Wish I could have a few but dont think DP would be too pleased about that. I've already put a bid on a ring sling on e-bay
It's a shame baby wearing isn't common enough to have more choice in the shops so you can actually try them out. At least great places like this exist to ask peoples opinions since I don't have anyone IRL to ask
    Thanks girls
