    Talking any other red-headed bubbas???

my baby girl has got the most divine bright red, not carroty - more golden, hair. wherever we go, i'm always getting stopped by people, young and old, to talk about her hair. she also had massive bright blue eyes, and real peaches-and-cream skin. ok, she's beautiful!!!

but apparently, red-heads will be pretty much bred out in around 50 years, and i was wondering if there were any other parents here with beautiful red heads???

maybe we need to arrange some marriages so the colour doesn't die out...

My friend just had a little baby who was born with basically a full head of red hair! We were all a bit shocked by it but he is such a gorgeous little fella!!

Yep, my little man is a red head (takes after his mummy). We also get stopped - especially by the grandma types. Ds has fine, straight hair though (just like me too) and massive big blue eyes and the palest clear skin, he also has a little dymple

I always comment on other littlies with red hair - they are sooo gorgeous

Bahahahaha, yep same with Jazz - golden red hair, bright blue eyes, and gorgeous milky skin. Her hair is ringlet-ing too, OMG its so gorgeous! I always get the comments, oh her hair colour! The eyes! The curls! Yep, especially the grandmas telling us how devine it is.

    PMSL at the marriages!

ETA: temper to match it too I call her my little firenut! LOL!

DD has red hair, the not carrot, golden red. we always get stopped too plus her hairs in ringlets aswell!!!
Both DF and i have red hair, mines more noticable than his but everyone always says she must get her colour from him, hehehehe he hates it!!
Will be highly suprised if DD2 is born without red hair. just hope its the same as DD1's and not the bright bright orangey red!

yeah our DD has this amazing dark red colour that in the sun goes really crimson. she has a more olive complexion due to the indonesian/italian and she has green eyes. we too get stopped all the time! i just love it and it is a really lovely surprise as i am boring 'mousy' brown and so is DH.

his italian father and mothers sides are all red-heads so go figure? LOL!

A little red-head here too. The light golden colour, pale skin colour and blue eyes. Get stopped in the street quite often too. DF used to have red hair (carrot red), but it has now gone dark . I have dark blonde hair, but my grandmother's brother apparently had the golden red hair, so it skipped quite a few generations!

orangatan, started off from a show called summer heights high and a kid called jonah. i dont like it at all ,i think its flat out rude, especially to call a little bubba ranga!

yep, DD2 has strawberry blonde gingery hair! (well there isnt much of it yet and i guess it could change colour) but it isnt something i was expecting. DD1 had dark brown hair at birth.

yay, we got a few red heads! matilda sooo has the red-headed temper, hence my signature, and her hair is ringlety too!!! i put it in a pony tail - well, more like a little fountain - today, and it looks so cute.

the term ranga doesn't bother me too much, as long as it isn't said in a derogatory sense....

I get comments all the time on DS's red hair! It's more a strawberry blonde which is my natural colour. He has hazel eyes like his daddy and fair skin like the both of us, so cute.

My little fella is kinda ginger. It changes colour in the different lights. I wouldn't say his a full red head but it's definately got some ginger in there. Strangers ALWAYS comment on his hair and always ask where it comes from. My mum is a red head & so is DH's brother. DH had white hair until his late 20's & my hair is a brown/copper. He does have the beautiful blue eyes to match. People find it hard to see that I'm his mum. I've got dark hair & eyes (i'm half greek).

And yep.... He definately has a temper to boot!

Oh I wish!!! I have thick dark red hair and was so hoping our baby girl would get it but alas no!!! She has fine mouse brown hair...You are all so lucky!!!

I agree with booblaloo as long as its not derogatory! I don't mind the term ranga either, I love orangutans!!! I dislike carrot top more! I would always say derr carrot tops are green!
