I am in desparate need of advice! My son, who was such a little angel, has just started having the most amazing tantrums. They are non stop, all the time, and it's starting to upset me. He seems to hate the world he lives in at the moment and screams and cries at everything. I know a lot of it is frustration and if it were aimed at a couple of things, I'd make changes to help him, but it's everything. I'm starting to worry that it's not normal.

Granted, he has just cut his third molar in a month and has been sick. Would this be making them worse? Would he be throwing more because he's not feeling right?

I'm sorry if this is a stupid question. I'm just worried.
