    Hi,

I have a 21month old who goes to bed by 7pm. we start at around 6:30-6:40 he brushes his teeth, pj's, books, prayer, cuddles and kisses and then its goodnight. He's great and goes down everynight. He went into a big bed a couple of months ago in preparation for the baby I'm about to have (1day past edd at the moment) and has never once gotten out of his bed at night (he gets out in the morn and plays and knocks on his door when he wants out) so we r very lucky.

I think having the routine with both dh and I really helps make bed time an enjoyable thing for him, he now starts saying book book after he's had his teeth brushed and we're taking him to his room. and he sometimes says bye and starts waving for you to get out before the whole routine is even done if he is pooped and just wants to sleep lol

Alexzander is four & his bedtime is 7.30pm. Some days it can be as early as 6.30pm (if we've had a big day out & he's overtired) or as late as 9.30pm if we're out somewhere.

Mine are 5 and 3, and bedtime is between 7:30pm and 8:00pm, but earlier during the week.

DD aged 4 is an insomniac and doesnt usually go to sleep until around 9-10pm. We put her to bed at about 8pm but during that time she is up and down a lot.

DS aged 2 gets put to bed at about 6-7pm.

Chase just turned 4 and Jadian is 5 and they have been going to bed no later than 7.30 since they were babies.
Somedays depending on how tired they are they will be in bed by 6.30 like tonight.

Our almost 3 yo usually goes to bed around 7-7.30 when she goes to sleep can be anywhere from 5mins after she is in bed to an 1.5hrs later.... Routine is generally pretty set and she no longer sleeps during the day (although she needs too). About once a week she crashes at about 6pm - she is up and going at 6am most days also.

Jaidan and Chase wake at 7-8am
    Ashton is awake at 6-6.30am
The 2 older ones sleep right through. Ash does sometimes. Other times he will wake once for booby.

we are just at the beginning of setting a bed-time routine, so we aim for 7.30. i have been waking DD at 8am (which is helping with bed-time a lot, as she would sleep till 10am if i let her!) yesterday she woke herself at 7am, and was sound asleep by 6.30! we eat dinner at about 6, so 7.30 is a good time for us.

i lay with her untill she is asleep, most nights it only takes 10 mins, other nights i fall asleep waiting and dp has to come and check on us and wake me lol

ETA: forgot to mention, no daytime sleeps since she turned 2, but by 5pm she starts to get a bit ratty, thats when we start preparing dinner, which she loves doing, so that helps us get through the next 2 hours!
