Do you have a routine of what you do at home ie chores, play with toddler etc each day? Today DS was so naughty and after he went to sleep I realised part of it was probably because we were both so bored. He engages in an activity for 5 mins so it is hard to keep him occupied with something but I do need to try more. It is counter productive to have him hitting, biting, scratching me, me telling him off etc etc. It gets quite upsetting and exhausting! I need a formal day plan for us for when I'm at home...please let me know yours so i can come up with mine, any suggestions would be great!
