Jaycen sleeps both on his back and his side, but he prefers his side more (it doesn't really matter which side it is to him). The midwives at the hospital were letting him sleep whichever way he wanted, which just happened to be his side, and when he was in the nursery overnight they had him sleeping in his stomach where they could watch him and have 1-to-1 contact the entire time.
