baby milestones

does anyone have a good list of the milestones that babies go through? i just had Chelsea on her tummy and she turned her head from one side to the other, i think it must have been a bit of a fluke cause from memory this doesnt happen til at least a month old?

I dont know of any milestones books as such but I think sometimes its best to take milestones as a guide because all babies are different and will do things when they are ready. My DD smiled at 3weeks which is according to milestones early but early or late doesnt matter as long as they get there eventually.

I think the raising children site has one, its not a bad site.

I second being wary of milestone lists. They are great when they do things early and they suck when they do things late!!

good point girls, still i havent looked at one since DD1 was a baby so it would be good to get the general idea again.
