For our baby, who was 2 weeks over due, we used Alpha Keri Oil in the bath (I don't think it is natural but recommended for eczema, psoriasis etc) then absolutely smothered him in MooGoo Udder Cream. It took about a week for all his 'scales' to fall off but it worked a treat! The MooGoo Milk Wash is also divine!
I was going to suggest MooGoo as well. I used the udder cream on my nipples when I was having trouble with them. It actually worked better than any of the other things I tried, but they have a number of natural creams etc that would work a treat. My Chiro sells it, but I know you can buy it on MooGoo's website
