    Childrens health clinic...

I have taken my baby to one close to me last week. She was weighed and measured and they gave me some information sheets on sleep etc. I was just wondering, if you can call them when ever you have a concern or questions about the baby with anything?

Or do you have to take your baby into the center itself for every little thing?? This is my first bubba and I don't want to have to be making appointments with the GP for every concern I have.

Mine is happy to answer questions over the phone. Or if you have a maternal health like (24/7 one) they are a great help too.

Cherii, you can call them anytime. But as you are in Brisabne, I recommend ringing the 24 hour child health line instead. They are really good at giving advice and are there day and night. It is run out of the Ellen Baron centre and the best of the CHNs staff it. The number should be in your baby health and record book - are they still red? Or the child health clinics can give you the number or it should also be in the phone book.
