Booster seat from 12kgs

I've been told that there is a booster seat with a 5 point harness from 12kgs up. Most I've seen are from 14kgs only. Apparently this one seen also has a drink cup bit...

Can anyone enlighten me as to which one this could be? Or any other suitable ones? She'll primarily be in her normal car seat but for the odd occasion that she jumps into a friends car (for instance) then I was hoping for a normal booster (without needing anchor points) but with better restraint then just a seatbelt.

The only ones like that that I have heard of are the Maxi Rider and the Infa ones that go from car seat to booster seat and they still need the anchor point.

The Maxi rider is from 10kg up to 26. The ones you are talking about are just a regular booster but they are from 14kg up. You can get a harness that can be used with an adult seatbelt too.
