bubby's got hemeroids!!

have just found what i think is a hemeroid (sp?) have booked an appointment with the docs but cant get in till later tonight.
is there anything i can do to help her until then ???

poor thing id say the best thing to do is to make sure she has a high fibre diet and loads of water during the day

she;s fully BF, no food yet, should i increase my fibre?? should i give her water too?

mmmmmm thats unusual as she wont have hard poos, i wouldnt give water as its not needed

dr google says they can get them from crying to hard or coughing, she hasnt been coughing but she's obviously been crying.
i thought it was a little bit of poo stuck to her bottom, then clicked that her poo is yellow, not pink!
her poo is typical breast milk poo, nowhere near solid
