Can you take RLT after delivery?

Hi, I was just wondering if you can take RLT after bub is born, does it help in any way for the uterus to contract?

    Thanks!

Yep, you certainly can, it can help the uterus shrink back down I hear, and as Kelly said, it's also good for breastmilk production.

Raspberry Leaf Tea, it helps the uterus to contract effectively during labour. I think it's also meant to be good for AF stuff too, but I don't know much about that.

Definitely! I took the tablets and I'm sure they helped my body go back to 'normal' after birth, and also helped my body prep for the birth too.
