My little one is 4 months old. She is a real treat during the day but at around 10ish or midnight she tends to wake up seamingly in pain with her legs not so much scrunched up with wind, but moving up and down quickly. This happens almost every two hours till seven then the day is normal again. She deeply growls and almost makes cat like calls and she doesn't tend to cry unless I leave her for a long long time in this state. The only thing I am finding is that she goes back to sleep with a small amount of milk. She is only breast fed and I am wondering if it is something I am eating during the day.- Lettuce? Bread? Mushrooms? Cheese? Potato?
I don't want to get her into the habit of having to feed her to get her to sleep at night after she wakes and I would love a bit more sleep as it takes me over an hour to get back to sleep after I feed her. Has anyone experienced this or is my little bub all alone on this one? Any ideas would be welcomed with open arms!
