coloured poo?

hi guys my DS has recently changed the ammount that he poos in a day from 6 times a day to once every couple of days... which is fine but they have also changed in colour and consistancy. Is this normal? They are still runny buta bit thicker and today his poo was BRIGHT GREEN like the colour of tree leaves. Is this normal or should I go to the dr?

He's right on cue for a change in his bowel habits. Colour? Just doesn't matter, really. People get churned up over poo, but the colour really doesn't matter
