Can we PLEASE have a standard operating procedure at work? Its really hard to do my job when 6 people are doing things 6 different ways. and all those jobs that are 'no-ones'? they NEED to be assigned so that I don't end up working back 2 hrs because my OCD wont let me leave a pile of work like that.
Oh and replace all the blown lights, its fricken annoying!
