Just curious to know if when babies are going through a growth spurt would they be getting growing pains?

My DS is 6wks 1day and he is having a growth spurt now, his feeds are usually 120ml and 3 - 3 1/2 hrly, atm he is only having 60mls every 30mins - 1hr. He has mild colic but doesnt seem to have wind as he has been pretty good with bringing it up. BUT he is doing a pain cry and sort of whimpers and makes whingy sounds until he falls asleep. Could it be from growing pains??

I don't know if babies get growing pains or not, but I know that my older boys do and it reduces them to tears, so maybe Ethan is having growing pains or he could just be unsettled as they usually get like this through their growth spurts. HTH.

A friend of mine as a child remembers always getting groing pains so I guess babies could also do so?
