We have a new baby - a beautiful, bright red ride on lawnmower. He was ordered a few weeks ago and given the snake I saw yesterday he hasn't arrived a second too soon.

Just wondering if he would be too noisy for me to do the mowing while carrying DD3 in the ergo. We have so much garden that I need to deal with and there is only just so much that I can get done while she's sleeping (both from a time and cleanliness perspective), and at this age she doesn't amuse herself for very long at all while she's awake, so it would be fantastic if I could at least mow the grass while she's up and about.

I wouldn't consider using ear protection myself while using him, but I'm conscious of her hearing being more delicate than mine - notwithstanding how loudly she can screech and scream when she wants to Thoughts?
