Rash on the back of 13 mo. What could it be?

As Dh was undressing DS 2 to bath him tonight, he noticed he has a rash which has come up mainly over his back.

The best way I can explain it is like little pimples that do not have a head on them iykwim.

In general he has been a bit grizzly, but this is also due to teething and a snotty nose. I haven't noticed any fever either.

Any ideas anyone????

Ash had a similar sounding rash on her tummy, had no idea what from, we just used the sudocreme on it and its improving.

Chicken pox is going around our school atm but that usually shows up on the tummy first. Could be heat rash, allergy to washing powder, german measles any number of things.

could possibly be roseola too - the runny nose is part of roseola though the generally have a fever and diarhea as well

thanks girls. I will keep an eye on it tomorrow and see if it gets any worse.
