do any of you use flax seed oil with your little ones???
DS2 seems to be a little constipated - tried pears, prune, water - thought I could give him little bit of flaxseed oil in his food and see what that does...
Anyone use it with babies (he is nearly 9 months) - what benefits do you see (for constipation and other/healty benefit).
any thoughts welcome (pro or con - I am not sure... saw it recommended by Sears which is why i am considering)
